Terms & Conditions

• Please arrive in a timely manner in order for you to have an on-time departure. You will receive a 30-minute instruction lesson taught by an experienced captain before your departure. You must adhere to all his/her instructions. 
   

• We require you to sign a contract prior to your departure, if you do not agree with the terms and conditions listed here and in the contract you may choose to not agree and sign, however you will not be refunded. The contract you will sign is linked below, please read the contract prior to the day of your trip

• If we cancel your reservation you are entitled to a full refund.

 

• If the weather conditions are unsafe, we are entitled to cancel the trip and we will reschedule on a more weather-appropriate day (if your schedule allows us to do so). We will always aim to schedule our trips on weather-appropriate days, and if the weather conditions change, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

• If you cancel your reservation up until 7 days prior to your trip, you will be refunded your full deposit. Any cancellation after 7 days prior to your trip, you will not be refunded your booking deposit; unless there are COVID-19 related circumstances (and you can show documentation) or other severe reasons. Please notify us of the canceling situation and we will aim to accommodate as much as possible. 

 

• Gasoline will be calculated accordingly after your trip, please keep in mind that any estimated prices we give, are estimates and can change due to fluctuations in gasoline cost. 

 

• All types of payment (PayPal, Cash, Card) must be completed prior to your departure, fuel charges must be paid at the end of your trip. 

 

• Please report any damage or incidents that occur during your trip to a staff member upon your return. If there is a collision during your trip with another boat, please call a staff member in order for us to properly resolve any liability and insurance issues regarding the involved party.

• This speedboat rental is intended for Zakynthos only, you are not allowed to sail to the mainland or any other island. ​There is a maximum distance of 3 miles of the coastline allowed, our rental speedboats are not licensed to sail beyond 3 miles. 

 

• There is a GPS tracker on board, if you sail beyond the agreed-upon areas we will call and instruct you to return to the agreed-upon sailing area, if you continue to sail out of the agreed-upon bounds, you will be fined €50 per mile outside of the agreed area. ​

 

• Smoking and recreational drugs are not allowed onboard, consumption of alcohol is permitted however the driver must remain sober.
